Alberni Fitness is a very welcoming place. There is a huge variety of equipment, and Trish and Kenny are always on hand to explain each machine if you request help. Clean facilities also. I highly recommend it!
Staff is helpful and friendly. Has everything to do a great work out
It is a good gym for the size for a smaller town would definitely recommend going here if you are in town decent weights and equipment
