A little over a month ago I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Chris Turner at Alberni Toyota. The dealership called McDermotts to have an agent come over to license the new vehicle for me. "Jamie" from McDermotts arrived within minutes and did all the licensing paperwork for me which included, not only the ICBC Registration, but BCAA as well, since I have extended coverage with them. I must say that I was very impressed with this young lady's punctuality, knowledge and attitude. She was so very pleasant.. It didn't take her long to ensure my Insurance was valid and in place. Jamie is an asset to McDermotts, and as far as I am concerned, there is no other place in Port Alberni to get insurance.Thanks again Jamie, and well done....

Macdermotts is horrible ! Staff are old outdated and very rude! There's no where to sit. It's a walk in only insurance place. There not friendly. I would highly recommend going some where else ! Save yourself the headaches. And frustrations
Friendly, knowledgable and courteous staff. I dont generally leave reviews. I only put this here as I feel a 3 star rating is totally unfair as the staff does a fine job there.Keep up the great work:)
