I called my insurance company and they sent Evitt to come drill my lock off the downstairs door. I could of done that, we wanted the door unlocked. They just assumed we rented and the landlord would replace. Thanks now we have to go buy a new lock. The service sucked as they never asked to break the lock off but they did say goodbye and to tell the landlord about the handle
