Pushy front staff trying to sell you everything under.the sun. Even after you make sure to say... I am only here for this specific thing and am not interested in purchasing anything else... they still push and push... pretty annoying.

Only vet in Port Alberni willing to take an emergency C-section on a small dog last minute. Saved our family dogs life, unfortunately the puppies where unsaveable. BUt this vet did everything in her power. Thank you, you where the only people that cared and even closed there office for two hours to perform the surgery. Best Vet in my opinion who truly cares and not in it for just money like so many others in town.

Really late posting this but I'm still pretty ticked off. When travelling through BC, my pup cracked her nail. We took her in immediately to the first vet we could find, which was unfortunately this one. The secretary unbelievably rude, and the vet that we dealt with made me feel like a monster because i let my puppy break her nail (which puppies do?). They charged me a total of $650 to clip the broken nail, and my vet now tells me it is a $50 procedure. Do not go here unless you have absolutely no choice, but be prepared to pay 4x what you would anywhere else.

I had an emergency and they saw us right away! They were so great!

I think they are taking advantage of my alderly friend and his attachment to his older dog. He is very distressed about the amount of money he is paying them every month. 1000 this month alone. He pays hundreds every month to them for food they insist dog needs. And so called booser shots...but no animal needs a "booser" shot. Just like humans do NOT need a booter shot for polio. U only need it once! Same for cats and dogs. I feel they are taking advantage.
