Great hotel centrally located in port Alberni. We stayed there while recovering from surgery. Comfortable bed, great a/c and quick room service. The only down side is that the walls are quite thin and I didn't like hearing someone using the bathroom in the next room while I was trying to sleep. Overall clean and friendly staff. Would stay again.
We stayed only 1 night and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very efficient and helpful. I believe this is a fairly new hotel the rooms were clean and modern everything worked. The only thing at this time is the hotel was doing some renovation and it was a bit noisy in the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again.
Nice place. My family (4 persons) stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a good size sofa/living area included in it. The room itself was nice and clean. The hotel itself seemed quite nice and the staff at the check in desk were lovely and helpful. The restaurant food was decent but breakfast however, took forever to come out. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Nicest hotel in Port Alberni. Rooms are fairly recently updated. Restaurant is decent and they have a sports bar. I didn't visit the fitness room or sauna/pool/hot tub. Would recommend.
Though the hotel were going through renovation, the timing made our stay very enjoyable. Room was very comfortable with new, clean beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again when in the area.
