Clean room and very friendly staff. We were forced to cut our stay short and they were kind enough not to charge us for our unused night. Will definitely stay again.
It is not in my nature to post a complaint like this. I still can't believe we were left (4 people) without hotel rooms. Extremely embarrassing. While on route to the city for a wedding, and checking to see if we might be able to check in early to prepare, I was told the room booking had been cancelled. It should be noted that this company emailed confirmation of the rooms. Staff took no responsibility for the cancellation error blaming it on booking.com...who did not make the booking in question. No return contact from the Hotel Manager. Unbelievable!
Clean and cozy. Wonderful omelet in free breakfast. Hot tub and heated pool.Friendly staff.I will definitely come again.
We stayed here 4 nights as we could not get accommodations in Tofino. The family that runs the place are lovely and very customer service friendly. The rooms we nice, the beds soft and the breakfast was better than most.For the price this hotel offers great value and has everything one needs with friendly helpful caring staff.
