Fantastic campground which has just had a big upgrade for only 25-30 dollar.It is amongst a rustic environment with a small children's farm with goats, mules, chickens and rabbits. It is close to / on a river with quite some trees. Nice walking just around the corner. Some spots have quite some privacy, others less. They are just building an outdoor playground for kids. They also have toys for children.It also has a cafe where it sells beer and wine, so no need to go to the liquor store beforehand. They are about to open for food at night as well Showers and toilets are basic but fine.

It was hard to leave and head to Tofino.
Very nice. We went just to have lunch at the cafe. Sat on the patio deck at back overlooking river. Lovely garden and some livestock. Walked down to the river. Lovely shady lanes and green gields with cattle. Nice break from the big city!
A great place to come and relax .. rates are best I've seen . Views and river are unbeatable.
Friendly low-key spot on the Somass River. Family-oriented with lots for kids to do--playground, skate park, baby goats, chickens, bunnies. Good fresh home-grown food in the cafe.
