Loved the retro feel with the food delivered to your car, The food was delivered quickly and the service was friendly and very helpful. We had burgers, hotdogs and onion rings. Also we decided to try poutine a Canadian special of fries, cheese and gravy. The burgers were decent but the food is very standard takeout at a reasonable price. It would be great to see a bit more healthy food on the menu.
Great take out burgers. The real milkshakes are great for a treat. We do find the prices are a bit high, but dont mind it. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. Plus who doesn't love a drive in? Would be nice to see it spruced up a bit and some good ole neon like the old drive-in's.
Great experience here. Stopped in for a quick bite on our way to Tofino, and we were very glad we did. It was a fun excellent experience for the kids (our daughter thought a drive-in was a stunning idea and was obviously something everyone else would copy soon, bless her heart).Food was tasty, and service prompt and friendly. The kids ended up begging to come back on the return trip, so we did.Only word of warning is that the entry and exit are a bit steep if you have a long hitch - youll definitely hear a scratch on your way out.
Best fast burgers in town for decades. I come here each visit I come back. Servers are always awesome and super friendly. Fries are meh, and grilled cheese is seriously lacking for the price. I learned my lesson today. My kids liked it, but all it is, is a processed cheese slice on what I believe is white Wonder Bread or similar to for sure.
Arrived in Port Alberni noticing 3 cars parked. Found an empty spot. Place had a 60's feeling perhaps a little rundown. A waitress asked our order. We had seafood platter d.f. scallops prawns fish stringy fries, deluxe burger all tasted good. We sat on the picnic tables.
